Our Oversized Plastic Pallets are made from HDPE or polypropylene, both of which are lightweight materials that allow easy manual handling-one person can lift and move the pallet with ease, unlike steel pallets. The pallet features a nine-foot support base design, allowing forklift and pallet jack access from two or four directions. Reinforced ribs on the underside enhance overall strength and load stability. Drainage holes in the base prevent water accumulation. These pallets are also stackable when empty, helping to significantly reduce warehouse storage space.
Clean and Safe for Food and Pharmaceutical Use
Although our core business focuses on steel pallets, we also supply plastic pallets for clean and lightweight applications. Our product are corrosion-resistant and will not rust, ensuring they do not contaminate food or pharmaceutical products. They are easy to clean with water and detergent, making them ideal for food storage environments where hygiene is critical. They are also widely used in pharmaceutical warehouses and cleanroom environments, where dust-free and non-shedding materials are required. The plastic surface does not flake. These Oversized Plastic Pallets are designed for efficient stacking. Empty pallets can be nested and stacked vertically to save warehouse space. When needed, they can be quickly separated for use. The nine-foot base structure provides good stability during handling and storage, reducing the risk of slipping or shifting on warehouse floors. They are widely used in e-commerce warehouses, where goods are typically lightweight, as well as in supermarket distribution centers. Their low weight allows workers to move them manually or with pallet jacks, reducing labor effort.

We offer a one-year warranty and support third-party inspection. We accept EXW and FOB terms, with payment of 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Discounts are available for bulk orders.
