Automated Warehouse Pallets

Our Automated Warehouse Pallets are made from steel with a full steel sheet top deck. The pallet features a four-way entry design, allowing forklift access from all sides. The underside is reinforced for added structural strength, making the pallet highly rigid. These product are designed specifically for automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), supporting both material handling and storage operations.

We have our own R&D team and hold multiple national patents in intelligent storage systems. We also work closely with ASRS integrators. We understand that flatness is critical for Automated Warehouse Pallets-any deformation may prevent stacker cranes from accurately picking or placing loads. To ensure precision, we use laser cutting for accurate dimensions, robotic welding to minimize distortion, and leveling machines to straighten each pallet. This ensures flatness remains within strict tolerance requirements.

Our Automated Warehouse Pallets are equipped with positioning holes and anti-slip pads to ensure stable operation with stacker cranes. They are also suitable for high-bay warehouses, shuttle systems, and AGV (automated guided vehicle) applications. Standard sizes include 1000×1200×125mm and 1000×1200×150mm. We provide free storage system planning and recommend the most suitable pallet size for your ASRS layout. A load calculation sheet is also provided, along with real-time production updates.
