The Cylinder Pallet is our special pallet developed for cylindrical or irregular column-shaped goods. Unlike flat pallets, the product has V-shaped positioning grooves or curved limit structures on the deck. These features prevent round goods from rolling or shifting during transport. This greatly improves shipping safety. The product is often used for packaged items, barrel goods, bars, and pipes. It can also serve as a movable rack. We use Q235 thickened steel plates for the base. The bottom has reinforced rib plates that handle heavy point loads from coils, steel rolls, and cable reels. The product surface has acid pickling and phosphating, followed by electrostatic coating or hot-dip galvanizing. This makes it wear-resistant and pressure-resistant for workshops, warehouses, and outdoor sites. The posts and base are detachable. When not in use, the product stacks compactly to save space.
