No Bolts, Fast Assembly
We offer boltless pallet racking designed for quick installation. It uses a self-locking clip connection system, eliminating the need for bolts. The beams are simply inserted into the uprights and locked into place. To disassemble, the clips are released. This system significantly reduces installation time, and can be assembled by one person within minutes.
Same Strength with Less Installation Effort
The boltless pallet rack is available in three column specifications: 60 × 80 mm, 70 × 90 mm, and 70 × 100 mm. Beam options range from B80 × 50 to P110 × 50. The load capacity is equivalent to that of standard pallet racking systems.
We use high-quality cold-rolled steel, and the surface is treated with electrostatic powder coating. This system is ideal for temporary or mobile storage applications. It can be relocated and reassembled at different sites without requiring additional bolts or replacement parts.
